Breathing In Time

I want to leap into the reflection

of the streetlight

in the window across the road

rather than go to work

Want to do kundalini yoga

till my L-Field expands

erupts from its casing

explodes from my lungs

and grabs the ear

of the universal mind

Want to reach past these nerve endings to something real

I want to stop wanting

and drip down the windshield

without prior planning

as the sun comes up

Above all

I want to finish this poem

instead of making

the same small talk as yesterday

with my well-intentioned colleague
